Escort cards and envelopes display a guest’s name and table number and are arranged near the entrance of the reception site.

Escort cards can be switched between envelopes if the seating arrangements have to be changed at the last moment.

Our escort cards and envelopes are printed on Ivory, Natural White or Bright White stock which we supply. We use a 1200 dpi laser printer so copy is clean and sharp.

If possible, we prefer to get all the design and layout work done ahead of time so that you can email us your list when all your guests have responded. Once the copy/design is approved and you have sent us the names we are able to complete the job within one business day.
